Hello All,
I have been received the damaged product from Paytm. Actually, I had been order a Orient Cooler having Cost around Rs. 11000/-on 4th Week of April 2018. But when I received that product it had been in damaged condition and also have a 1 year back manufacturing date of April-2017 i.e. Old product.
After that I request from Paytm to return the product. My request approved but till now no one person from Courier service comes to pick the product .Also, fake updation given by the courier team of Paytm.
Its around one month to goes but not action takes by the Paytm.. So much frustrated from Paytm.Very bad service and also bad response from Paytm … Please see the attached pics for ur reference.
