Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have purchased one gyser of Havells 25 L on 24 Nov 2021 vide Order ID:OD123457644141626000 and delivered to me on 28 Nov 2021 and on the same date service engineer of flipkart also came for installation and informed me the product is damaged.mobile no of engineer is 7669300032 and suggest to raise a complain for the same to flipkart for replacement of the product.
Since 28 Nov I am regularly try to replace the product and contact to flipkart executive but simply tell to wait for 24 hour again and again.
I my home there is my old mother and children is residing and for them only I have purchased the geyser.
Now due to bathing by cold water their health is getting worse.
So kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
