Text of Complaint by Vivek kakkar:

sir/ma’am,

I ordered Samsung on8 from Flipkart on 8 dec and I received it on 12 dec. However, when I connect it to charger I found the charger dead. I called Flipkart customer care the same day for complaint and they told me that they will refund the cost of charger in one week. But they didn’t do so. I again called them on 17 and they asked for another 24 hrs. But they didn’t respond either. Now its 20 and I am calling them daily and they are making fake promises. This has not happened first time to me. Please take some action against them.
