Text of Complaint by Vineet Kumar:

Amazon has sent damaged laptop on 10th of Septb2023 and after complaining about it on the same day with the pics of the damaged product, it was told to be picked up and after that refund will be made. But later on pick up was denied by the vendor or Amazon officials on too many occassions and still Amazon has not made any refund of my money upon which I am being charged interest of 24% by Amazon pay. Their officials I. E. One of the officials named as Mr. Gaurav used to misguide the customer with false statement and hope that money will be credited in the source of account as the advance refund note has been made and initiated by the Amazon but till date Amazon is playing with hard earned money of the customer
