We received a damaged and used product (Order ID # 407-1973037-6621120 Rs:10,000/-) on 13th September, on 14th We raised a return request which was accepted but since then no one has ever called, messaged or visited our premises to pick the item up yet the pickup again falsely claimed that the customer had rejected the return.
Since then I’ve emailed, chatted, called, twitted at Amazon India regarding this repeatedly and they kept creating a new return request for 8 times! all of them failed and they still insist on sticking to the same vendor for the pickup who is clearly not doing their job.
Upon 2nd failed attempt they promised that I will get the advance refund as the return failed for 2 times but since then they went on to create 6 more return request while dodging the advance refund promise.
They clearly know keep creating the same return request with the same pickup agent is not working yet they are choosing to ignore that and keeping the harassment going to avoid paying for the damage.
