I have purchased a center table from Amazon 1 month back. The product is damaged. I have placed a return request. Have also claimed a file after 4-5 days. Its been 1 month, but I have not received my money, nor the item has been picked up.
Every time I call Amazon, every CS rep comes with a different and fake solution. Most of them replies stating that their A-Z guarantee team is taking care of it hence they are not aware of the happennings. They later sends an email asking 24-48 hours to get back to me with a solution. This has been happenning throughout last 1 month and till now my issue is not resolved.
A-Z guarantee team had sent me an email with a link wherein I was supposed to share the pictures (13-Sep-2020) of the product, but their link do not have photo attaching feature, and only comments could be stated. I again had to call the CS Team for this. The CS Team could not provide me any solution. After a week, while I was again following up, one rep shared an email id wherein I could forward the images. But till date I’m not even sure whether the images were received by the concerened team or not.
Within this span of 1 month, I haven’t received a single call back from Amazon regarding this issue and I kept on following up repeatedly and helplessly
