Text of Complaint by Navneet:

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I got damaged product from Amazon and they denied to replace it, I waited for a replacement for 5 days and stayed at address till 9 PM the order was supposed to be delivered till 6 PM.
I get notified after calling them, that I will never get my product replaced, they asked me to cancel it but I will not get it in same price again because the offer was for limited time, I have wasted my money and time both, I really need help.
