Dear consumer court,
Please help me,
Order ID- 407-1467907-8804338
Order date- 5 Aug 2020
Order total- Rs 349.00
Product- LAKME FOREVER MATTE LIQUID LIP COLOR
Payment- Via UPI.
I had received the damaged product inside the box as it was too much sticky. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they have not found the reason for delivering me wrong product. And simply refuse to take any action regarding the same. Is this the servuces they are providing? I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
