Sir/Madam,
I ordered “Ignite S4 Max Charger” from the official site of CROSSBEATS on 15 July 2023, but I received a used, damaged, and incompatible product. It’s a prepaid order amounting Rs. 699/-
I have been trying to connect with Crossbeats Customer Care since the day the product was delivered, but they are not picking up my call.
I tried to reach out to them via email, but no response there as well.
I posted the photos of the damaged product on Twitter.com and tagged @crossbeatsind, asking for a refund, but no response. Instead of responding, they BLOCKED ME.
I kindly request you to do the needful. Thank you.
