I ordered Whirlpool 7 kg with Hard Water Wash Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey from Flipkart on 4 May 2023 with Order ID – OD428007166426072100 on 6 th may damaged Product having Dent in the bottom was delivered to me around 5:45 Pm i asked the delivery guy who was down stairs to take back the product as it’s damaged but he refused by saying he cannot take back delivered product.Then i called customer care asking them to place return request the customer care team tried to place the replacement request but he told me he is getting error and he has forwarded to technical team and the issue will be resolved by 11 th May after that i called them several times but they are now saying it will get resolved by 16th May .I told the team on 6 th itself that i have to travel out of state on 12 May and they assured me that it will get resolved by 11 may in any case but when on 11 May evening i called back they are saying now by 16 May it will get resolved when i ask them why I was told that it will get resolved by 11 may they disconnected the phone by saying this is the best resolution they can provide.Now i need to cancel my travel ticket just because miss information provided by them they just disconnect the call if you ask what happened in last 6 days that you need another 6 now they just disconnect the call.Flipkart has a regular practice of providing old and damaged product last year also I ordered iPhone 13 and they sent old product and after complaining multiple times and after for many days they gave me my new product.Because of this i had to suffer mental and financial loss both.
