Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar:

On 19th October, 2023 I ordered Baidyanath Vasant Kusumkar Ras on Snapdeal and opted for Cash on delivery. The said shipment was received by me on 23rd October, 2023, and made the payment of Rs.675/- through UPI. The moment I open the pack, it was all broken. Immediately I registered the complaint with Snapdeal. They asked me through SMS to submit the Phogtographs of the receive article, my ID proof, Outer pack of the shipment, inner pack of the shipment. They also wrote a mail asking for the same details. I replied their SMS after filling the form and submitted all photographs and my ID proof to them on 24th October, also replied their mail with the same Photograph of outer then inner pack broken bottle and also my ID proof through mail. Everyday I was requesting to call back on their app. Then at initial days they said they need some time to review the case. After couple of days they strted saying they have not received the mail (which is impossible). One telecaller will say they have not received the mail other said they have received the mail. On 30th October they again asked me to submit my ID proof their cash memo and outer inner pack pics alongwith broken bottle photographs. This I submitted on 1st Nov. 2023. Called them they confirmed they have received the mail alonwith all required docs and told me that they need 24 hrs to arrange the pickup of the broken shipment. Today when I called them back the tele caller again started making some excuses that those pics were not downloaded yesterday. BNow she has downloaded today so she needs 24 hrs more to pick the shipment. Everyday I am making couple of call to them but now I am unable to bear their pleas which leads to shoeing me that they are not interested to return my money back to me.

I am highly upset with their behaviour, they must be doing the same behaviour with other customer who willingly fall as their pray. Such websites must be fined heavily so they dare not to behave in this manner. I have all phone recordings, my mails and the all the pic of the photographs as a proof.
