I had ordered an iphone 7 32gb from paytm it was delivered to me on 7 feb. 2018.
I initiated a complaint for recieving a damaged product from paytm they approved a return request and then arranged a pickup and then cancelled it.
Then i complained and then again did the same and then again cancelled it and then again it happened thrice. And they are not even reverting me or answering me on customer service no.
Therefore, want to lodge a compalint for the same issue and want to get my money in return from paytm!
