Text of Complaint by Sharavanakumar:

I have ordered a product *Redmi Note 10S (Frost White, 64 GB) and it is
priced at Rs.15,337*.
The seller is FortuneBuzz. in Flipkart

I received the product on 29/11/2021, i Opened package and saw it was a
used product with scratches on the phone.
Contacted Flipkart Customer care for the return and after a 2 days try my
return request was approved.
The wish master scheduled to pick up the phone on 03/11/2021 and it was
denied due to IMEI Number mismatch.

*Checked the bill and Phones IMEI Number both are not the same, and found
in the bill the IMEI number was only of 14 digits whereas the Mobile IMEI
number is 15 Digits.*

Again raised an issue with Flipkart customer support on 03/11/2021 about
the IMEI number mismatch and Mailed Bill and Phone IMEI number to

*on 04/11/2021.

I have been told that your IMEI number has been corrected in our systems
and we will place a return request for the product. But I have not received
any info after that.

Again i have raised a return request and it was scheduled today for the
pickup, and again the same issue with the IMEI number and wish master
denied the pickup. Tried connecting customer support and they kept me in hold
for Infinite time.

This is not the way a customer and his issue was handled by flipkart and i
lost all trust and hope on the Shopping site. This is not the 1st time I
have been handled the same way. Raised many issues in the past and got no
solution.

Even after 7 to 8 Return requests made and non is successful due to IMEI Number mismatch.
