Damaged package delivered by Swiggy instamart. Rs. 4 as handling charge still it is damaged. The response from the customer care executive is that I shall have to accept whether the package if item is damaged or not which also will not effect the quality. The customer service team is really very bad in giving the resolution. They will not accept anything and just provoke saying they always wish to do. I am very much vexed up chatted around 8 hours to get a refund or replacement of the same items, no use. They have spoiled all my plans of cooking, this mentally harassed me like anything, vexed up and finally wanted to lodge a compliant. the item got damaged from inside as well.. a bottle guard is seen with brown color inside.. the items like curry leave are in brown color and dried off
