I had ordered a laptop on 10th June. On 14th June I received a call that sir please tell me your order has been delivered then I said I haven’t got the order yet so how can I give you the OTP so he disconnected the call After that I got a call and it was Pradeep 99909 04329 Sir didn’t get your order ? If I didn’t get it then he said I’ll get it checked I called him a lot that day The next day he said that the delivery boy who gave you the delivery ran away with your laptop. I had made a police complaint for that, as soon as something happens, I will tell you. In the evening call again sir I have found that delivery boy we are delivering your laptop to you The same day at 8:30 pm, 2 delivery boys come to me and take my old laptop and give me the box. as i opened the box i got this This thing is going to be 3 months. Issue already raise with customer care but no one give me positive response.
