I have ordered a Mixer/Juicer/griners [ Butterfly Rapid Plus 750 W Mixer Grinder (5 Jars, Ink Blue)] on 22nd Sep 2022
and it’s delivered on 26th Oct 2022, when I opened the box I observed it’s damaged, so immidiatly I reaised return request
but today is 28th Oct 2022, still product was not replaced, I tried so many times to contact customer care support team they
are saying only one scripted line “We are escalated this issue,Backend team working, you need to wait for 48hours”
I also tried to contact flipkart grievance team but still no use.
