Dear Sir,
This is regarding transfering our AC and TV from Mumbai to surat.
We got to know about woodlandlogistics.co.in from google and we were in contact with Mr Sundar Singh [8692976396] ever since our first call. Earlier he gave estimation of 3000 INR but once goods are picked from our place started demanding 3540INR which we payed him. Attachin payment receipt.
Now instead of getting goods in next 2 days, we receive it late. That is fine. But we opened our TV and AC in front of “Delhivery” guy only to find that TV screen is completely damaged. We called Mr. Sunder Singh Immediately and send him pictures and video. Also made him talked with “Delhivery” guy. Mr. Sundar Singh aggreed to get it repaired or replaced it after his electriction will come and check.
Now its been 3 days, he is not sending anyone to check. Moreover last time when we talked to his electriction, he said us that Mr. Sundar has asked us not to visit our place. Mr. Sundar has stopped receiving call from my number and his electriction has now blocked my number.
Then we got another number from “https://woodlandlogistics.co.in/contact.php” and luckily 8452809600 number received my call. He talked nicely with him only to inform us that as in voucher only insurance company name -“ICICI LOMBARD” is mentioned and policy number is not mentioned, he will not able to help us. According to his words, we are getting a feeling they have not taken any insurance and using “ICICI LOMBARD” name as Fraud.

Now he is not receiving the call, we can’t even communicate with them.
I being in other town, can’t even visit the office in person.
We request you to take legal action as we find this case of FRAUD.
