1) Ordered the ray ban sunglasses on 24 feb 2023, received damaged product from Amazon on 28 feb
2) Seller delivery agent refuse to collect the item and ask me to call amazon customer care
3) Filed a to z claim by amazon support on 5 march
4) As per guide line i sent the product to seller ‘PLAVA VENTURES’ at the address provided by amazon team
5) The item came back to me after the seller denied to collect the item.
6) Claim team again asked me send the item to seller but neither of them are providing any resolution
