Have placed order of clothe worth Rs-799 from https://flipfeels.com/refund_returns/,but the items received are fully damaged and torn.Customer support number is not working and also they are not replying over mails.

Received call from No-9956353043- The person is referring himself from customer support of https://flipfeels.com and he is asking to download an ‘APK’ file which is showing unauthorized application to proceed ahead for return policy.He hungs up on me when i said the apk is not working and kindly proceed the return process from your side.The number is coming under ‘spam’ section in truecaller.
