Hi Team,

I ordered one Red Chief shoe on 3rd March 2023. The shoe was damaged. I wanted to return the shoe but it was not getting picked up as the article number was not matching.

I called customer care 3 times, and the same thing happened every time. Even though I requested to stop the process of matching the article number during the pickup, it seems the customer care executive didn’t care enough to do that.

Now, the window for returning is over & the damaged product is still not returned.

Please help me.
