brought copper pot from Amazon . Order ID#171-9573537-7364362 which was received in damaged condition and I requested return on the same date 17th July 2020.

Amazon did not collect the product back nor they refund my money Rs.2999/= even after 29 days.
Called several times ti customer care to address this issue but no use.
