Text of Complaint by Nikhil bansal:

I purchased grocery items from flipkart ‘order id OD125784389420871000 ‘on 18 august, in which 5 pieces of ghee was their out of which 2 pieces were damaged and leaked in which nothing is left. When I made a complaint regarding this to flipkart, every time my complaint and return request is rejected without telling me the reasons for cancellation and they didn’t even contacted me. Every time they forward time and says sir wait for 24 more hours or 48 more hours and so on, already 13 days has passed , they are not providing me refund . I already shared images to them as a proof then also they are not giving me refund.I am simply losing my money. Worst service. Now what should I go
