Hi Team,
I have ordered an iphone with orderid : OD125212928433509000. I was out of city and my family member received the phone. When I came back on 27th June 2022, I opened the phone and I found that the back side of iphone 12 was cracked. I got the damaged phone. I instantly called apple care and even called the flipkart, nobody is listening as they were all saying its 7 day replacement policy. I just opened the phone 2 days after only because I was out of city due to my work and I trust the Flipkart that the phone will not have any issue. Earlier also, I have ordered so many phone but never faced an issue. I really request you to please replace my iphone as it is very expensive and was delivered damaged with cracks on the back side. I really hope that you will listen to this issue and will replace the phone ASAP.
