Hi,

I ordered a Samsung M31s phone which was received damaged, I filed request for the item to be replaced and amazon sent me a replacement device, however,  the replacement phone was also damaged and the delivery partner did not deliver it to me and sent the phone back back. Now they said will refund the amount after damaged device is picked up, they scheduled pick for 3 times and every time the guy who comes to pick up the phone says need an email from Amazon that phone is damaged. Everytime I spoke to Amazon they are just scheduling a new pick up and assuring me it will definitely be done. Please help
