Hi I had a damaged device which was cover under vodafone sheild.
From last 2 months I am madly following them to provide the claim of my device.
I provide all the relevant documents which they asked me to submit.
After continuoisly following them they approve my claim under total loss for the sum of Rs 18720.
For that they want certain documents and accessories of device.After discussing with them I provide all the documents 1 week ago.
Today when I called them to know the status of my claim they say that you provide the wrong NEFT form.
The phone was in the name of my wife so I provide the documents of our relationship.
I asked them that I have to submit the NEFT form in the name of wife or in my name.
They say you have to provide the NEFT form and bank account of yours not your wife.
And today they they told me that you have to provide the NEFT form and bank account details of your wife.
I am totally pissed off by the false conversations by vodafone sheild customer care executive.
Their intention is to not to give the claim amount and so they always provide you the wrong info.
If vodafone has any credibility then take my claim as serious and provide me the positive solution.
