Received my product on 12th July and I received a defective Zebronics monitor which was not even working properly on next day… Initiated for a replacement immediately but the replacement (13th July) was never done….
Upon constant follow ups I was told that the technician will visit and check and then any actions will be taken for refund/return….one technician visited and confirmed that the monitor is defective and did nothing, rejected the claim and said talk in customer service for further action…
Then I again placed return request on 14th July and Same thing happened the second time. I called customer service again, and again they have scheduled a technician for next day, tell me how many times do I need keep doing this before my grievances are heard as I’m absolutely sure those Jeevs Technicians will again tell to solve this issue with customer service
My Return date is 19th JULY and if nothing is done by that My money is stuck with a defective monitor…. My job is on stake due to this as I can’t buy a new monitor right now…
Not expected this from a company like flipkart… I’ll never recommend anyone buying electronics from here
Just take the monitor back, I want this issue to be escalated and I want my refund ASAP.
