I ordered from Flipkart TWS I12 WIRELESS BLUETOOTH having seller kabeer enterprises. It was damaged and used product.
So I trying to return and take refund of rs 504.
Flipkart, seller and courier boy all are fooling me and cancelling the pickup by telling different reasons
Product was TWS I12 bluetooth but during pick up they asking where it is written the brand kabeer enterprises physically on the product.
Nearly 50+ calls and 100 mails to Flipkart but still yet no resolution.
I also complaint on consumers help line, Flipkart replied it’s return period over.
But I trying to return within the return period.
No one helping and only date by date.
Please help me to get the refund
