I ordered one shoe rack product from an advertisement in Instagram from SHIFTO 1kg. I haven’t received any confirmation message either on phone or on my email. However, the product has been delivered through eKart and paid through COD.

once the package is open and checked it is a damaged product and also not the expected product.

please look into it and arrange for refund.
