I had ordered the cake 2 days prior to the delivery, in hopes that it would allow the restaurant more leverage in their service. When the cake reached out home, it was handed over and when we called the executive after seeing the condition, no call was answered. The cake was smashed from one end. The product image and description shown guarantee the cake to be layered and covered with chocolate truffle, but it was filled to the brim with buttercream and no layers had chocolate ganache. The sides of the cake were supposed to have choco chips but only a few low quality pieces had been pasted. We contacted the restaurant but they never picked up our call. We continuously mailed zomato, but they never answered as well. We mailed again today, and they said there was no issues at all. We have been absolutely looted with no addresal.
