I have ordered an Carrier 1.0 Ton 3 Start AC – White and was delivered on 15th May 2019.
Order ID – OD115454006042431000
Product – Carrier 1.0 Ton 3 Star Split AC – White
The Product was damaged and creating huge noise. Hence I have placed a return request on 17th May 2019 when the technician person came to install the product.
From that day I am following up with Flipkart and not getting any resolution. Below are couple of fact happened during this time window. Flipkart committed couple of dates to uninstall the product and pick it up from my home. Below are the dates-
1st commitment was 05/19.
2nd commitment was 05/20.
3rd commitment was 05/21.
4th commitment was 05/23.
5th commitment was 05/24.
Now they have rejected the return request. I have asked the reason behind this rejection, but the help desk was not able to help any thing.
