I have purchased TV from Amazon , Hisense tornado 2.0 55inch on nov 27 2018.It got delivered by 28th and at the time of installation, installation guy found there is a minor defect at the screen . He raised return request. Immediately next day I also called and informed to raise replacement or refund. From then onwards till now (7th dec 2022) Amazon is delaying the replacement/ refund . Please kindly help me in getting my amount back from them . It’s worth is 42k
