I purchase URBN Lithium Polymer 20000 mAh 20W Super Fast Charging Power Bank with 20W Type C Power Delivery (Input& Output) and QC 3.0 Dual USB Output with Free on 05th August 2023, and unfortunately, the item arrived in a severely damaged condition.

Since the receipt of the damaged product, I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Amazon’s customer service department through various channels, including phone calls and emails. I have attached the photographs of the damaged product for his reference. Despite my numerous complaints and follow-ups, I have yet to receive any response from Amazon’s, let aloan a resolution to my problem.

I would like to request immediate action to resolve this matter. I have enclosed the following details for your reference:

I kindly request the following actions be taken promptly:

Arrange for the damaged product to be picked up from my address

Initiate a replacement order for the same product or provide a full refund as per your company’s policy.
