Hello sir
Myself toufique i have order samsung washing machin form amazon.in and i got delivery on saturday n i have received damage washing machin n on saturday itself i call customer n done replacement for that sunday pickup is schedule but till now pickup have not be done..i have contact customer care more then 20 time they are jst saying at end of the day pickup will be done…the number i got of agent who pickup the order thats incorrect when i m calling them they are saying i left that job another one is saying i m home when i contact customer they are saying issue is already esclate just just wait buy..from 4 days i m jst waiting wait ing .wht can i do now..my register no 7506567783
