Text of Complaint by Tooba Ansar:

I have purchase a Mini Super Racer(Ninja)BMW bike on 10th May 2023 with Order Id:- OD328058514079897100 and the order was received on 17th May 2023 but the item was damaged (Battery circuit was broken /the bike paint was removed and the bike handle was also damaged) so on the very same day i have raised request for replacement. On 22nd May 2023 the request was cancelled by the stupid courier boy without informing us and there was no prior intimation that he cancelled my request.On 24th May 2023 again i raised a request for replacement and then i spoke to the Senior customer care executive(Chanchala) and she informed me that i have to cancel my previous replacement request and wait for 24hrs to re-submit the new request for product damage so i cancelled my request after her call and till now its been more than 9 days and till now there is no option to re-raised the request for replacement or return the product and the status is still showing wait for 24hrs for the resolution which have been already completed but till now there is no resolution on my complain again and again i have to call the customer care executive to take the follow up on my concern but all are so called customer care executives are untrained and they have no answers to resolve this query and like a robot they always said that I have to wait for 24hrs for the resolution and for a call back from the senior person also i have to wait. I called the customer care department so many time for the follow up but they have not received any resolution on it so i raised a complaint on Tweeter on 27th May 2023 and after that on 28th May 2023 morning 10:20 AM I have received a call from so called social media team and i spoke with (Soumya) and she said that from now on words she will look into this matter and within 24hrs she will update me the exact status of my complaint and after that i will get the refund of my whole amount but its almost more than 6 days and till now i have not received a single call from her and the so called unprofessional social media team who gave assurance to me that the issue will be resolved soon. I am tired of raising the multiple complain to them but they are not resolving my issue I have raise this concern to the Flipkart Grievance department on 30th May but till I have not received any single from them as well. I want to resolve this issue ASAP and want my full refund i don’t want that low quality product with me any more.
