Hi,

I ordered a Peagon gas stove 3 burner which was received damaged, I filed request for the item to be return . Now they said will refund the amount after damaged device is picked up, they scheduled pick for 3 times and every time the guy who comes to pick up the Peagon gas stove 3 burner says need an email from Amazon that Peagon gas stove 3 burner is damaged. Everytime I spoke to Amazon they are just scheduling a new pick up and assuring me it will definitely be done. Please help
