Text of Complaint by Sadik Abbas Tamboli:

i ordered Blaupunkt 189 cm (75 inch) LED TV from flipkart on 21st Oct 2022 they delivered the order on 28th Oct 2022 that day product get replacement due to missing accessories. than replacement order get delivered on 5th Nov 2022 but got damage product after that I called the customer service they said your problem will resolved on 8th Nov 2022 5:48pm on that day they didn’t resolve the problem and got on message that your problem will be resolve on 9th Nov 2022 5:48pm but no action taken by flipkart after i called customer service but they only say we take your complain on higher priorities and you will receive email from backend team but i did not receive anything till know no phone call no email and no message. Still my issue showing unresolved. i am submitting all documents and videos’ of damaged product.
