Text of Complaint by Abhishek Negi:

I have orders 7kg LG washing machine on 30th sept and it was delivered to me on 4th October in damaged /dent condition.So I raised my issue on same day with required proof/images and team promised to get this replaced by oct 8th but today it’s oct 9th and still your complete customer support team has no answer and update on the replacement.
Your team is unable to resolve my concern from last 5 Days and your complete customer service team is pathetic as they have no information other than repeating only few words like sorry, wait for some time erc. Noone in last 10 calls had understood my problem and inconvenience and still they are shameless to ask me to allow more 48hrs. It’s really my bad experience with your organization and the kind of service that you deliver to customer.

Please treat this mail as notice before raising it to consumer court and I am looking to get this resolved by today EOD with return of damage product and delivery of replacement. PFA required images.

Flipkart Update: We are looking into your concern with order OD226139108296401000 and will resolve it by 08 Oct, 9:00 PM

It is still not resolved and no calls of replacement return from Flipkart, it’s fraud of taking money and delivering damage product.
