Complaint matter raised with JIO Mart
This has reference to subjected matter, would like to bring your kind notice that Order 169087993401 has received in the evening with two packets. Except Atta all other items are packed in same packet and due to DAMAGED and LEAKED sweekar refined oil it’s leakes approx 500ml in packet and other item gets drenched. Coke LID was not sealed or its broken doesn’t know the reason.
Such matter has already been informed to delivery agent after opening of the packet.
Requested to please lodge my complain and provide necessary resolution needful.
Still no resolution.
