I have just raached to UC for LED back light issue and after backlight issue get fixed, the technician created a panel sticking issue and after 2 to 3 attempts uable to fix panel sticking issue after that i requested for senior technician visit, which denied by UC and customer support person told me to book new booking after refunding payed amount.
After new booking a new technician demand approx Rs.2500 for sticking of TV panel but unfortunately TV panel broken during service of TV . They just changed the panel (no genuine certificate) as cast wear by comapnay or technician i don’t know .Now again back light issue comes after few days of use and technician resolved the issue with new no sound issue in TV and Technician resolved the sound issue .With in few day of use i am facing screen flickering issue in tv panel which were replaced by technician and after many afterts and complaints over Instagram technician revisited and fix screen flickering issue after cleaning the circuit.
Now again after few days i am facing half screen black and white issue with no picture in on white screen and when i am trying to claims the warranty, UC app not allowing me to book the visit and all.After UC customer support i just booked a new booking to the issue with now UC team saying a new issue i.e. mother board issue came in to the TV and to fix this issue i have ro pay approx 8000 Rupees.
So me just requested to UC that just take your panel back and provide me my original panel cast because this mother board issue comes due to opening of TV again and again approx 7-8 times in 4 to 5 months. But now they have stopped responding over UC chat, Instagram ,Twitter ,Facebook .
They also not returned my TV yet.
