1. I had placed an order in which a pair of Sony ear buds & Sony neck band in ( Buy 1 & get 1 offer ). But when I got the delivery of my order and after unpack the parcel and what I received is only a neck band of Realme ( which was also damaged)  one item was missing in the parcel and the other one is damaged and different brand.
