During installation of tata sky dish antenna, the technician broke the hanging bracket of my Samsung LED TV. When i contacted the Tata Sky customer care, received not response. I have now renewed the damaged part through samsung service centre costing rs 2500. Tata sky if sincere must compensate for this cost involved in the replacement and also take disciplinary action against the technicians who were unprofessional thereby causing this damage.
