I had made a booking on urban company for AC uninstallation. I told technician that we are relocating and asked to him re-check everything. He assured us that he did. But as seen in the picture he has not taped copper wire of Air conditioner. Now I had to spend Rs 4550 on new copper wire since old one was damaged to negligence of Urban company. Urban company formerly known as Urban clap has refuse to accept their mistake citing out of warranty clause.They had given warranty for a day and want us to hire someone to cross check if uninstallation was done properly or not in between moving to different city. They can’t do basic uninstallation and we had to bear consequences. They are telling I didn’t inform them on time as if I’m a AC technician and must know if AC uninstallation is correct or not.
