Hi Team,
We have Tata Sky connection 1187818263 here in office, and we are working 24*7. Every time when we recharge after 12 AM our tata sky connection got deactivated, when calling to customer care they used to say that they have maintenance between 12AM to 6AM everyday. So after knowing this fact today we did recharge of Rs.100 at 11 PM when our tata sky connection was active but suddenly it got deactivated after 1 AM, then we call their customer care number they were saying that they have maintenance going on and can’t help right now and denied to register complaint.
My question is what kind of maintenance they are doing on daily basis between 12 AM – 6 AM ? Does that mean customer do not watch TV between that time even after recharging ?
