Regrading service ID,28230676 28226383 .

Hi Team
I raised request#28226383 regarding my AC not working, the fault is identified as GAS leakage.

Why GAS leakage in just a year from esteemed Daikin products, no explanation was there with the service center owner and the technician. My Warranty just expired 2 days ago, I have raised complaints earlier also regarding the cooling issue.Tried raising the case on 26th but website was not opening, tried again on 27th.

hamim.siddique (Area service Incharge- Jharkhand), was handling Ticket No: KOL2803202328230570 but i see no heed towards my request.

28226383 is the new job ID and the technician was not clear on the issue.
I have been charged full even though there was gas present of 80 PSI, after filling it was 140 PSI.
Nothing was explained on why the indoor and outdoor connector was loose, no proper explanation.
Need proper attention in this case as why the poor service center/Technician service issue is making customers pay money.
