I purchased Daikin AC on 16-06-2021 from Satya Stroes, Pallavaram.
There is no issue with free service. After that, we are facing a lot of technical issues arising not even completion of two years.
So we approached the Daikin service center (Caymaan Enterprises, Pallavaram, Chennai) but we face very poor service by technicians. For the last two months, we have been trying to reach the service center multiple times in order to clear our difficulties. They also try to postpone each and every visitation with some other problems. To date, our problem hasn’t been resolved and moreover, we have half of our AC cost for the repairs.
We have been waiting for the service for about two months, why because they are stating that spare parts are not available furthermore after the service was done today in spite of our waiting period yet our problem hasn’t been fixed yet. Today we arose with a new complaint i.e water complaint inside the indoor unit.
After spending a lot of money 46K to purchase this Daikin AC I have spent 20K for servicing till now.
Hereafter never even think about buying Daikin AC. Really I very regret purchasing Daikin AC.
