Text of Complaint by Anurag Arora:

I purchased 5 Split ACVs in September 2022for my Home. most of these ACs have given one problem or other. one of the 1.8 tonne Ac did not give any service since its commissioning in November 2022 and finally after all trial and error they replaced this AC in July 2023. Now other Ac ‘s indoor unit Mother board has gone and they are likely to replace it soon. My contention is that the warrant of these ACs is almost near end and what will be my fate after one month as record speaks that none of ACs has given trouble free service yet.
