Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered dresses online boutique named “D Couple Online Couture” for fraud and Scam business practices.
I placed an order for two dresses worth ₹1650+99=1749 on 6th May 2025 through their online platform.. 1-2 weeks dispatch time. But One Dress delivery aug 6 2025, Damage product delivery Moreover, despite repeated follow-ups through Instagram, I have not been given any appropriate response. The representative handling their Instagram page has been rude and disrespectful, and now they have completely stopped responding to my messages and calls.
After further investigation, I have come across several similar complaints from other customers who have experienced the same kind of negligence and deceitful behavior. This clearly indicates a pattern of deliberate cheating and consumer exploitation.
It is extremely disheartening and disappointing that such businesses continue to function without accountability, preying on innocent buyers and misusing their trust. The seller’s continued operation despite numerous complaints shows a blatant disregard for legal consequences and consumer rights.
I hereby request you to:
Take immediate action against D Couple Online Couture for non-delivery of prepaid goods.
Ensure a full refund of my ₹1749 and any compensation deemed appropriate for the harassment and emotional distress caused.
Prevent them from continuing such fraudulent practices against other innocent consumers.

I also facing the issue from D_Couple Online couture. I placed an order on july 28 2025 and another order at August both worth ₹ 8550 .They agreed to deliver by the last week of September but they didn’t.I wait almost two weeks.They didn’t provide any updates regarding my order. After multiple calls and messages threspond and told that the bulk order of mine was returned because it was torn and one of the product got damaged . And they ensure that by today they will dispatch my order. But, actually they blocked me. They didn’t provide their contact number. Instagram is the only way to contact them.
