With reference to above Acknowledgement Number someone file complaint against me in cyber police telengana branch…on date 05/08/2023
I have received amount of 3900
From BANOTH SUJATA UPI – 321783154820 bhanubanoth196@ybl
This amount I have received from said person I never contacted him by any medium electronic, physical or mobile phone. I already raised dispute against this transaction in my bank account
Few days before I have received WhatsApp message from a person who said they are hiring for part time job like video subscribe and 50 rs per task
After doing 3 task they paid me 150 rs
After they added me in group where daily 25 tasks published in which prepaid task also there where I need to pay amount to merchant after paying within half hour they return with 30% commission i paid 1000 they return me 1300+150 for doing task
After that for next prepaid task they asked me to pay higher amount 3000 in which 3900.
And this 3900 i received from sujatha bhanoth and now she file complaint at cyber police and my account gets Freezed…
I don’t know the receptionist of telegram group will ask someone victim to pay me I was unaware about this and I got trapped now.
On date 09/08/2023
Bhanoth bhanuprasad called on my number and asked me to settle the complaint.He said me I will withdraw my complaint for this I need some amount from you.
He told me to pay 6000 rs i will withdraw my complaint, on believing on him
I paid him 6000 rs
Respected sir, please take note of this
He might again ask me more money He was saying I will take 50 lacs from you
So this is clear case of money extortion.
He deliberately send 3900 in my account
And made complaint at cyber police,and now asking more money to withdraw complaint
Please help me in this matter, I’m student and I have not done anything wrong.
I paid him total 20000.
I paid 10000 from my account, as I don’t have enough money so I aksed my friend to help me so he paid on behalf of me 10000.
I received 3900 from him , But he is asking 40000 from me , daily basis He is calling me harassing saying that His father is in police department we will file FIR against you, if you fail to pay He is blackmailing me .
I’m upsc aspirant sir , i have not done any fraud.
Please call opposite party , i have refunded his amount .
Complainant continues calling me and asking me more money to withdraw complaint till now I have paid him 20000
But he is giving different reasons everyday and asking more and more money from me , he is blackmailing me mentally torchering me . He saying my dad is police officer and he will arrest you soon.
Please help me out of this
