Cyber Fraud: I ordered mangoes online on Facebook site https://www.facebook.com/Trustcartsin-104385921774168/reviews/?ref=page_internal
The transaction was done through UPI Google Pay for Rs 1196 and Rs 598. The said amount was debited from my Bank Account (statement attached) and UPI confirmation received (Transaction Debit attached). The Beneficiary is Khushbu Enterprises Trustcart.in. After payment there is no response from Khushbu Enterprises on delivery of goods nor delivery details. There are many who have been defrauded like me and you can find the list of people in the review column. Due to Covid 19 situation people are buying online but fraudsters have now found easier means to cheat people
I also ordered trust arts through Facebook as. I ordered for rs299 for 10 nos mangoes on 25/4/2021 and the amount was debited in my account.
However as of today i.e.1st May 2021, their is no updates on my order.
The ad seems to be fake. However due to lockdowns logistics is disturbed accross India, so waiting for the delivery.
Let’s see what happens.
I wish I had seen these reviews earlier, as even I have ordered 3 sets of 10 mangoes each for Rs. 897. I rec’d only one sms confirming the order and the money had got debited from my account in 2nd May, but there is no further communication from them. I sent them 2-3 mails but there is no response from them….what can be done in this matter?
I have received worst product which I have not odered please kindly take an action against this site
Hi Nidhi….I am also one of the effected. Paid online after seeing the FB ad, but no response till now from khushboo enterprises.
I also have similar experience. What is the responsibility of Razorpay? Only to collect money on behalf of Khushbu enterprises whose website is Trust Carts. Can Face Book absolve itself of allowing fake advertisements?
I have ordered 2 sets of mangoes vide order no. 3480 of Rs. 584 on 28.04.2021. No response till today. I think it’s a fraud site as there is no communication from their side.
I have also ordered mangoes worth 883. No response after 20 days.this site seems to b fraud
It seems lot of people have ordered including me on Trustcart. I’m just curious how this platform will help in the complaint process.
