I would like to bring to your notice that I have not entered into any agreement with PayU in which I have mentioned about deducting some fixed amount as annual maintenance charge for maintenance of my business account or have taken my consent to regularize this service in the past. It is illegal for you to deduct any charge from my deposit with you in this manner, without my prior consent and without coming to my notice.
I get the remaining amount after deducting 2% national and 3% international transaction fee from the transaction amount as a fee by PayU. As mentioned on your website also. And this deduction is your fee, as told to me over the phone by your executives at the time of account opening. And after that you never told me about the annual maintenance charge. Hence this deduction is totally unjustified.
Generally, if the company charges an AMC, then it also gives its invoice 1 month before so that the merchant can decide whether they should continue their services or not. Apart from this, I also have an account with Razorpay and Paypal and they only deduct transaction charges since the start. I am horrified by your way of extorting money by the name of AMC like this.
I had also raised a ticket regarding this problem on PayU which was closed unilaterally without resolution.
Please provide me with a solution within 24 hours. I again request you to refund my wrongly deducted money in full, else I will bring it to the notice of the Grievance Cell of Government of India and RBI and request them for help. Apart from this, there is no contact number of any kind on your website payu.in, so that the consumer’s problem can be heard, this is also wrong in itself which i have already mentioned to you. Even, I not received any calls from your side after raising this issue.
I am looking forward to a positive response from your side this time.
